Important! Some form of identification / proof of citizenship is required for all travel. All names below should be spelled as they appear on the document(s) that will be used for proof of citizenship. In most cases a valid passport will be required. For updated proof of citizenship requirements, please visit http://travel.state.gov/ or carnival.com.  All passengers 16 and over are required to carry a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or military ID.
All staff will share a Outside. ( 2 to a Cabin )
This is a shared cabin program. If you want a certain cabin mate please indicate below. If you would like to bring someone with you or would like your own cabin please call for special prices.

As a sign of commitment and to hold your cabin space a $200 deposit is required.
The deposit will be refunded in cash at the time of event check in. (On the ship)
If you cancel by 6-31-10, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 7-1-10 and 9-1-10 you will forfeit 50% of deposit.
If you cancel after 9-1-10 you will forfeit your deposit.
